Description Civil law is one of the main disciplines and of the first level study program. This course is the second part of civil law and aims to familiarize students with the concepts of partnerships, the right of preemption, usufruct, easement, protecting the right of ownership. In this coursee will be treated the concept of heritage, as legacy by law, testamentary and relevant lawsuits. This analysis provided through detailed interpretation of the contents of the Civil Code
Objectives Students will be able to have a better understanding the legal norms contained in the Civil Code shall be granted in light of the Albanian judicial practice in new social conditions of Albanian society development considering the unforeseen realities of the legislator at the time of the Civil Code.

1Upon the completion of the course the students will be equipped with basic knowledge about legislation on the right of inheritance.

3Upon the completion of the course the students should be able to recognize the combination of procedural elements in conflict resolution and handling of administrative issues
4Students will be equipped with basic knowledge about institutes representation, legal actions, limitation, ownership and inheritance, which is delivered through detailed interpretation of the contents of Civi Code provisions.
