Description		Company Law aim to provide to the student necessary information about the definition and importance of the company law, explaination of the types of companies according to Albanian legal system; their management; capital and shares and termination of membership and termination of company.
Objectives		Objectives of this course are to introduce to the students requirement to establish a company, their management. In addition students will be familiar with legal terminology used in company law.
