Description | The course aims to equip students with basic knowledge of the concept of intellectual property rights. For this purpose will be analyzed the sanctioning principles of the legislation, procedural steps entities must follow in order to be protected under the “copyright law” or by the Law "On Industrial property". This course will analyse legal concepts of works which are the fruit of intellectual creativityof persons or legal entities; conditions that must be met so that the products of intellectual or industrial enjoy protection from any normative act applicable; entities that the law recognizes the right of appeal in the administrative and judicial procedures to be followed to examine the appeal and decision. | |||||||
Objectives | The purpose and objectives of this course is to provide students with basic knowledge of intellectual property law. Also an important place will occupy the treaties, conventions, agreements and directives in force in the European Union in the field of intellectual property succinctly analyzed the importance of each normative act and the efforts made by our country for the recognition and their implementation into domestic legislation. | |||||||
