| Description | This subject shall be focused on learning about main concepts of obligations and contracts based on provisions of the Civil Code, from Article no. 419 till Article no. 1161, as well as on other laws related to obligations in general or special types of contracts. | |||||||
| Objectives | The subject aims at teaching the students the main concepts of obligations and contracts, the usage of coherent methods in order to solve problems arising in the domain of obligations. | |||||||
