Description This subject shall be focused on learning about main concepts of obligations and contracts based on provisions of the Civil Code, from Article no. 419 till Article no. 1161, as well as on other laws related to obligations in general or special types of contracts.
Objectives The subject aims at teaching the students the main concepts of obligations and contracts, the usage of coherent methods in order to solve problems arising in the domain of obligations.

2After completing this course, students will be equipped with basic knowledge to cause damage and the method of payment thereof.
3After completing this course, students will be equipped with basic knowledge regarding the contracts of sale, donation, etc.
4Students will form habits on various sources of law and be able to synthesize such resources and use them for research in the field of justice.
