Description Criminal Law (special part) explains the special articles of the penal code closely related to the judicial practice in order to serve this practice. The purpose of the study of this course is to prepare students with the necessary basic knowledge on the major principles and institutions of criminal justice. Knowledge and deep Acquisition of the subject of the Criminal Law (special part) has a special importance, because without it there can not be conceived either the acquisition of criminal procedure of the Criminal Law of the Republic of Albania.
Objectives Criminal Law (Special Part) will help the student to understand the special norms for each criminal offense established in criminal law, using also the knowledge gained from general criminal law.

2Crimes against the person. Crimes against life committed intentionally. Crimes against life committed by negligence
3Criminal acts committed against health. Criminal acts endangering the life and health because of interruption of pregnancy or refraining from providing help. Criminal acts against the liberty of a person.
4Criminal acts against morality and dignity. Criminal acts against children, marriage and family. Criminal acts against the freedom of religion
5Criminal acts related to property or in the economic area. Fraud. Destruction of property.
6Criminal acts committed in trade companies. Crimes in the field of customs. Criminal acts related to taxation and tariffs
7Falsifying currency, money orders and documents. Criminal acts in the area of bankruptcy. Unlawful lotteries and gambling. Criminal acts impacting the legal regime of land.Criminal acts against the environment.
