Description | The aim of the course is to show that the democratic right of work contribute to create and to strength the market economy, in the developement and the improvements of democratic relations in the dimension of labor, in the enhancement of their efficiency in the racional utilization of fisic and intelectual energy of labor resource. During the course students through practical and teorical examples will experiment also the welfare social sistem. | |||||||
Objectives | The democratic right of labor serves at the same time as an powerfull instrument for the defense of the fundamental freedoms and rights in line with the UN Charter, Universal Declaration of Human Rights, European Convention of Human Rights, European Social Charter, our Constitution and Labor Code. It defends public and private property, ensures full utilization of the rights deriving from the labor. The course offers a description of the welfare systems and the other economic and social systems care. Students will have the opportunity to know the foundation, financing and functioning of institutions of private retirement. | |||||||
