Description		This course aims to provide an overview of the international Criminal Law, main actors in the International Criminal Proceedings, elements of criminal proceedings, organization of the International Criminal Court as a sole organ to provide justice and its case law. In addition, this course will deal also with the types of criminal liability and its enforcement.
