Genti hods a LLB from University of Tirana (Albania); a MA in ‘European Studies’ from Epoka University (Albania); a LLM for “South East European Law and European Integration” from University of Graz. 
 
During 2016-2019, Genti attended the PhD program in 'EU Law and National Legal System program' at University of Ferrara and was graduated in march 2020. His thesis related with the impact of the Antitrust Damages Directive on Albanian legal system.  
 
Genti has been a visiting researcher at the Institute of Corporate and International Commercial Law, University of Graz (Austria) and at the Department of International Law, University of Ljubljana (Slovenia). 
 
From September 2020 until September 2021, Genti attended a Post-PhD Program in ‘Law and Technology’ at MICHR (Italy).
 
Genti has published several articles in peer review journals. Recently, in April 2021, Genti published an article to the Journal of European Competition Law and Practice titled ‘The Transposition of the Antitrust Damages Directive in Albania as an EU Candidate Country’. 
 
From October 2012, Genti is a full-time member of the Department of Law at 'Bedër' University College where he teaches International and EU law courses. 
 
Besides academic engagement, Genti is a National Legal expert for the “Internal Market and Competition” of EU acquis near the Ministry of European and Foreign Affairs, Republic of Albania.
