Description The cluster of Advanced Criminal Law is a compulsory subject of basic training which aims to further develop and deepen the knowledge about contemporary issues of application of criminal liability for specific offenses from the most complex ones faced by Albanian and world reality. Issues such as: application of criminal liability on Commercial Companies for offenses committed by them, criminal and legal protection of the right to privacy, criminal offences with terroristic purposes will be presented in a continuous combination of theoretical and practical aspects
Objectives The course aims to the acquisition of complete knowledge by the student and his extensive knowledge of the architecture of figures of specific offenses and specific factual situations in which criminal responsibility is applied in relation to them.

9Analysis of penalties applicable to a company responsible for committing the offense and of the procedure of their application
10Comparative Overview of criminal liability of commercial companies under the legislation of other European countries: France, England, Italy, Germany, Netherlands, Spain
11Reference in the official reports of other states with respect to forms of criminal activity of legal entities; Presentation of selected cases of foreign jurisprudence on criminal liability of commercial companies
12The anti-terrorist criminal law: the historical framework of the emergence of the phenomenon of terrorism and anti-terrorist legislation, heterogeneity and ambiguity of definitions, the techniques of incrimination of terrorist acts, type of offenses with terrorist purposes, the nature of the sanctions, the sanctions for individuals and legal measures taken in the fight against terrorism in national and international level
13The criminal law of privacy: The concept of privacy, criminal and legal protection that is provided to family life, inviolability of residence, secrecy of correspondence, freedom of expression of religion, the right of preservation of the image etc.
14Features that presents the criminal offense of breach of confidentiality of correspondence in terms of the most recent developments of information and communication technology (ICT) tactical elements of realization of the offense of undue interference in private life and criminal law response to such factual situations.Description of the characteristics of the offences related to theft of virtual identity.
15The criminal law of intellectual property and information: The concept of intellectual property, criminal and legal protection of intellectual property, requirements for criminalizing various acts affect the right of intellectual property, the features of consumption of such actions in cyber environment.
