Description | The cluster of Advanced Criminal Law is a compulsory subject of basic training which aims to further develop and deepen the knowledge about contemporary issues of application of criminal liability for specific offenses from the most complex ones faced by Albanian and world reality. Issues such as: application of criminal liability on Commercial Companies for offenses committed by them, criminal and legal protection of the right to privacy, criminal offences with terroristic purposes will be presented in a continuous combination of theoretical and practical aspects | |||||||
Objectives | The course aims to the acquisition of complete knowledge by the student and his extensive knowledge of the architecture of figures of specific offenses and specific factual situations in which criminal responsibility is applied in relation to them. | |||||||
